To wider my knowledge on classic and contemporary music videos and artists i have decided to research three different recording artists based on the time at which their videos were made and the nature of their videos and music. I will research artists who have produced timeless videos, for example Michael Jackson and the Thriller video.
I will also research artist who are more contemporary, for example Lady Gaga, probably the most famous contemporary artist at present, or Florence and the Machine, another contemporary musician, who has steered away from the pop genre, which Lady Gaga embraces.There are also a number of different music videos that stand out to me as being different and more creative than most, for example some of the Coldplay music videos.
